A new, full service, locally owned gun shop is now open in Athens, TN. If you are tired of the large impersonal service of the big retailers or you need a good cup of coffee while learning about the latest release, All American Gun Shop is your new favorite store. If we don’t have it in stock, chances are we can have it in your hands in a day or two. We do transfers and accept shipments from other FFL holders if you bought it elsewhere.

Full gunsmith services, on site provided by D.A. Stearns, previously the proprietor of ABC Guns in Niota, TN brings more than 25 years of experience to AAGS. All of the staff will be “gun people” who have prior experience in a retail environment.

We will be featuring seminars by major manufacturers and training for Tennessee Concealed Weapons Permits.

All American Gun Shop is your hunting headquarters in McMinn County.

You won’t find fishing equipment or sneakers at All American Gun Shop. You will find a wide selection of handguns, shotguns and rifles both new and previously owned, ammunition, magazines, holsters, cleaning and shooting supplies.

Custom built AR-15s are available as well as AR parts and accessories for that special project. We love the “Black Rifles” and will build a gun to your specifications and for your purpose, whether you are hunting varmints or you are a S.W.A.T. team member. We accept all credit cards, and have a lay-away plan. If you are visiting or vacationing from out of state, we can arrange shipment to your local FFL for handguns and can sell you long guns under TN law. Close by attractions include Gatlinburg, Dolly wood, The Great Smoky Mountain Park, Lost Seas, Rock City and Lookout Mountain. We are close to Interstate 75 and a perfect place to shop while your significant other seeks local antique shops, etc. Stop in for a free cup of coffee and “sit and lie” with our local clientele.
